1. Are all items working before it will be deliver?
    * Yes, All items are well checked before it will be delivered to the customers and are all BRAND NEW unless specify.

2. Are you a LEGITIMATE SELLER?
   * Yes, We guarantee 100% that we are a legit seller and supplier. We value your money and we know how hard you're working for your money that's why we always do good service and give you quality products for your satisfaction.

3. Will you do REFUND?
    * No, We do not have a refund policy. We double check the items to be deliver that is why we do not refund. But for customers complaints, we will replace the item if we found it has Manufacturers Defect (Excluding Owners Carelessness to handle the items properly or Human Error).

4. How many days will it be delivered?
   * It will take 3-5 business days to get your items but there are other circumstances that may took the delivery longer like for example typhoon.
